Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Best Western Plus Merritt Hotel. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Debris and Trash Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure all areas are clean and tidy, paying close attention to details to maintain a high level of quality.
  • Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks with a high level of efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
