What You'll Discover

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Contribute to a culture of high-quality customer service by maintaining operational standards and providing clear communication on updates and changes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the shopping experience, including coordinating the timely movement of merchandise and ensuring the sales floor is visually appealing.
  • Train and develop associates on customer service excellence, encouraging an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Play a crucial role in driving sales and trend influence by crafting inspirational displays and driving the store's fashion, brand, and value strategy.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience in retail or a service industry.
  • High School education or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to identify stated and unstated customer and associate inquiries and needs.

Hourly range: $23.19 per hour*

* This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The pay rate offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, experience, and local labor market demands.
