We are a leading roofing company seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Belleville. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and supplies across our departments.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, and monitoring the movement of supplies and materials between departments. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Logistics: Oversee the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring that all departments have the necessary resources and materials to operate efficiently.
  • Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, including the warehouse and production units, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Supply Chain Management: Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency.
  • Production Scheduling: Consult with the production supervisor to schedule production runs in a cost- and time-efficient manner, ensuring that deadlines are met and resources are utilized effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is always available when needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supply chain or operations role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
