Job Title: Construction Labourer and Helper

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team at Trinitystar Developments Inc.

Job Summary:

The Construction Labourer and Helper will assist in various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, measuring weight, and performing pre-operational inspections. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Measure weight to prepare for rigging and hoisting
  • Perform pre-operational inspections
  • Clean and lubricate cranes
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
Work Environment:

The Construction Labourer and Helper will work in a fast-paced construction environment, requiring physical stamina and attention to detail.
