Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at D & V Electronics. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards, minimizing quality costs, and maximizing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Management: Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues.
  • Supplier Management: Evaluate and select suppliers based on their quality performance and capabilities.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their quality skills and knowledge.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including ISO 9001.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in a quality role in the manufacturing industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of quality management systems, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Lean manufacturing.
  • Certifications: ASQ certification is an asset.
