Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. o/a MacEWEN Strathroy. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members.
- Sales Floor Management: Assign sales staff to duties, oversee sales floor operations, and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Inventory Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Employee Development: Hire, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage cash handling, and oversee payroll administration.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
