Job Title: Material Handler

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team at MPC. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading products and materials from trucks, containers, and storage areas
  • Moving products and materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
  • Weighing materials and goods to ensure accurate inventory
  • Making labels and attaching them to goods
  • Wrapping and packing goods for shipping
  • Sorting, crating, and stacking goods for storage
  • Transporting and distributing materials and goods to various areas of the warehouse
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory using computerized inventory control systems
  • Weighing resins, colorants, and other chemicals according to formulae
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or production environment
  • Forklift Operator Certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
