Job Title: Material Handler

At MPC, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading products and materials
  • Operating a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products
  • Weighing materials and goods
  • Making labels and attaching to goods
  • Wrapping goods
  • Packing and unpacking goods
  • Sorting, crating, and stacking goods
  • Transporting and distributing materials and goods
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory
  • Using computerized inventory control systems
  • Weighing resins, colorants, and other chemicals according to formulae
Requirements:
  • Forklift Operator Certification
  • Experience working with plastic materials and automobile parts
  • Knowledge of MS Windows and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
