Job Summary

This role involves providing assistance to users who encounter difficulties, offering advice and training, and maintaining a comprehensive problems and solutions log. Key responsibilities include consulting documentation, collecting user information, and supervising other technical support staff.

Responsibilities
  • Consult documents and knowledge bases to identify solutions to user issues
  • Collect and document user information to troubleshoot and resolve problems
  • Supervise and guide junior technical support staff
Requirements
