Key Responsibilities:

- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a safe and healthy work environment
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring optimal inventory levels
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, making informed decisions to optimize resource allocation
- Hire and manage food service staff, fostering a positive and productive team culture
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning
- Prepare and submit regular reports, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and challenges
