Job Title: Beauty Shop Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Shop Manager to join our team at Beautyplus brow studio.

Job Summary:

The Beauty Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our beauty shop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily tasks, establishing policies and procedures for staff, and managing contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and organize daily tasks to ensure efficient use of time and resources
  • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure consistency and quality
  • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies to promote the beauty shop
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a beauty shop or aesthetic service
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Basic security clearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment:

The Beauty Shop Manager will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a team of 5-10 people. The work environment is physically demanding, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Public transportation is available.

Language:

The primary language spoken in the workplace is English.Work Schedule:

The Beauty Shop Manager will work 32 to 40 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
