About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Shop Manager to join our team at Beautyplus brow studio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the beauty shop, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and activities.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budgets, manage inventory, and establish or implement policies and procedures for staff.
  • Marketing and Advertising: Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, ensuring effective promotion of the beauty shop.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Beauty shop or aesthetic service environment.
  • Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with physically demanding tasks.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
