We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at the Commission Scolaire Central Quebec / Central Quebec School Board.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for detecting and evaluating speech, language, and hearing problems in students, and developing and implementing individualized therapy plans to address these issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and hearing problems in students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address speech, language, and hearing problems
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student learning and development
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement strategies to support students with complex needs

Qualifications:

  • Member of the Professional Corporation of Speech Therapists and Audiologists of Quebec
  • Or, possess a bachelor's degree with an appropriate specialty such as speech therapy or audiology
