Child Care Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to join our team as a Child Care Specialist at Rakesh Mehta. As a key member of our household team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our children.
Key Responsibilities- Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our children.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized home.
- Travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties.
- Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, promoting positive behavior and development.
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, helping them become confident and capable individuals.
- Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding the children, ensuring their well-being and safety.
- Organize activities such as games and outings for the children, promoting their physical and emotional development.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring our children receive the best possible care.
- Supervise and care for the children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment.
- Take the children to and from school and to appointments, ensuring their daily needs are met.
- Tend to the emotional well-being of the children, providing comfort and support when needed.
- Help the children with their homework, promoting their academic development and success.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience in childcare or a related field is an asset.
- Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliable, time management, patience, and honesty are essential qualities for this role.
