Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Cowansville. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Accurately process customer transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area
  • Replenish merchandise, maintain planograms, and ensure accurate pricing and signage
  • Perform cycle counts, maintain inventory levels, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Ensure health and safety policies and guidelines are followed, and report any incidents or concerns to management
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 18 kg (40 lbs) and stand for long periods
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment
