Simulator Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Simulator Technician to join our team at WestJet. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our flight simulators.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks on flight simulators to ensure they meet or exceed Transport Canada qualification standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with flight simulators, including hardware and software problems.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in simulator maintenance.
- Completion of a relevant technical post-secondary degree.
- Experience in simulator maintenance and repair or equivalent technical work experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Intermediate knowledge of computers and software.
