The Public Affairs & Communications (PAC) team at Coca-Cola Canada strives to be a leader in global reputation building and management for bottlers. Our goal is to share the Coca-Cola Canada story internally and externally in a relatable and sharable way.

As a Bilingual PAC Coordinator, you will report to the Sr. Manager of Communications, supporting the PAC team with project execution, content publishing, and social media management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring timely project completion through rigorous work planning and coordination.
  • Executing and publishing content on internal and external corporate channels.
  • Social media and internal channel management, including monitoring and tracking.
  • Updates to the company intranet and website.
  • Internal and external statistics and analytics.
  • General media monitoring and distribution.
  • PAC team calendar management.
  • Bi-monthly Senior Leaders Meetings and coordinating support for senior leadership events.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in English and French, written and spoken.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Communications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Tools and experience with marketing-based email tools and online video content systems.
  • Proven work experience with internet and intranet applications.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
