Job Title: Business Analyst - Healthcare IT

Foilocn is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of healthcare IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct business analysis to identify business needs and requirements
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documents
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis
  • Develop and implement business process improvements
  • Provide business analysis support to project teams
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of business analysis experience in electronic health-related projects
  • 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Azure DevOps for user requirement management
  • 3 years of experience creating product requirements documents
  • 5 years of experience working with healthcare web applications/solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Knowledge of healthcare information systems used throughout the province of Ontario
  • Experience with health system business implementation and deployment projects
