We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pizza Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team at Papajohn's Pizza.

Job Description:The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, customer service, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage and motivate a team of over 20 staff members to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve employee skills and productivity.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions, including cash handling and credit card payments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best possible deals on food, beverages, and other essential supplies.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior management role within a fast-paced foodservice environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
