About This Role

At MG Cleaning Services, we are seeking a skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision

The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for supervising staff members, including apprentices, stagiaires, design team members, and other sales workers. This involves assigning duties, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that everyone is working efficiently towards common goals.

Sales Performance Management

This role requires the ability to analyze sales performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase sales volumes. The Sales Team Lead will also be responsible for preparing reports on sales metrics, merchandising, and personnel matters.

Hiring and Training

The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for hiring new staff members, training them, or arranging for their training. This involves identifying the right candidates, conducting interviews, and developing training programs to ensure that new employees have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.

Merchandise Management

This role involves ordering merchandise, organizing inventory, and maintaining stock levels. The Sales Team Lead will work closely with suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders to ensure that merchandise is delivered on time and meets quality standards.

Work Scheduling and Time Management

The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for establishing work schedules, managing employee workload, and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently. This involves analyzing sales data, understanding customer needs, and making informed decisions about resource allocation.

Customer Service and Conflict Resolution

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as the Sales Team Lead will need to resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other conflicts. The ability to think critically, remain calm under pressure, and find creative solutions is essential for success in this role.
