We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Manager to join our team at NAMU LANDSCAPE.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead our landscape construction projects. As a Landscape Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects from start to finish.
Your primary focus will be on managing teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage landscape construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Supervise and lead teams of landscape professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of project progress, including timelines, budgets, and quality control measures.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A strong background in landscape management, preferably with experience in supervisory or leadership positions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for project management, such as CAD programs, scheduling apps, and quality control systems.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
