About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Global Program Manager to oversee all of our global projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing large, multiple projects and providing operational insights to ensure their success.

Responsibilities
  • Program Oversight: Oversee all of our global projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of project managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver projects successfully.
  • Project Tracking: Develop and implement effective project tracking tools and processes to monitor progress, identify risks, and take corrective action as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with other teams, including communications, navigation, and surveillance engineering, purchasing, logistics, and sales, to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
  • Talent Development: Recruit, hire, and train staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and expertise to succeed in their roles.
  • Global Capability: Establish a global capability to deliver and manage projects, ensuring consistency of definition and execution across all geographies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in a technical or engineering discipline. Master's degree considered an asset.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a team management role, juggling scarce technical resources across a multidisciplinary, matrix organization.
  • Skills: Demonstrated success developing, evaluating, and delivering medium/large complex multimillion-dollar programs with challenging customers and international environments. Experience with project tracking and productivity tools, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, Excel, or other software tools used for tracking multiple projects and competing resources.
  • Languages: Fluently bilingual, French and English a must, Spanish, Arabic nice to have.
