  • Assess, plan, develop, implement, and evaluate learning and education programs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to build capacity through competency-based educational strategies
  • Promote a culture of excellence in competency-based education
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for educational improvement
  • Develop and maintain educational materials and resources

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Nursing or related field
  • Minimum two years' experience in nursing education or training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven experience in program design and implementation
  • Certification in adult education or leadership development preferred
