Job Title: Hotel Housekeeping Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at WESTCORP PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INC.

Job Summary:

The Hotel Housekeeping Assistant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms, common areas, and public spaces. This includes sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, making beds and changing sheets, distributing clean towels and toiletries, and stocking linen closets.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
  • Dust furniture
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
  • Make beds and change sheets
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries
  • Stock linen closets
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
  • Provide basic information on facilities
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
  • Clean changing rooms and showers
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
