Job Title: Hotel Housekeeper (NOC 65310)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Housekeeper to join our team at the Best Western Bonnyville Inn & Suites. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
  • Dust furniture and fixtures
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
  • Make beds and change sheets
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries
  • Stock linen closet
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Clean and disinfect elevators
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
  • Provide basic information on facilities
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns

Work Schedule: Permanent, Full-time position, 40 hours per week

Compensation: $18.80 per hour

Requirements: No degree, certificate, or diploma required. Experience is an asset.
