Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Leasing Manager to join our team at Starlight Investments. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our commercial leasing services across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with tenants, brokers, and property managers to achieve leasing milestones and asset management objectives.
  • Compile and analyze data to support lease recommendations to senior management.
  • Negotiate lease proposals and agreements to maximize property value and attract/retain tenants.
  • Prepare and review leasing documentation to ensure quality, accuracy, and coherence.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and provide expert advice to support leasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with asset managers to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain leasing reports to track leasing activity, budgets, and forecasts.
Requirements
  • University degree or college diploma in a related field.
  • Over two years of experience in commercial leasing, with a proven track record of building relationships with tenants and brokers.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
