Drive Growth and Success as a Senior Financial Professional at Banque Nationale
Banque Nationale's National Accounts Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Professional to join our team in Quebec City. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our portfolio of large private companies, managing complex financing needs ranging from $25 to $400 million.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within your market, building a strong network of commercial clients and developing effective business development strategies.
- Achieve ambitious business objectives for your clients by proposing tailored financial solutions that leverage the Bank's comprehensive product and service offerings.
- Manage relationships with sophisticated clientele requiring financing solutions typically between $25 and $400 million, navigating complex transactional contexts.
- Adapt and refine financial products and sales approaches to meet the evolving needs of your clients in a dynamic market landscape.
- Negotiate agreements with clients, ensuring they align with risk management standards and profitability criteria.
- Develop comprehensive sales and business development plans to drive growth and expansion within your assigned territory.
- Collaborate closely with internal partners, including Portfolio Managers, Account Managers, Risk Management, Treasury, and Private Banking, to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Contribute to the success of the General Director and Co-Chief of the Quebec East Region - National Accounts Group by actively supporting their objectives.
- Identify opportunities within the capital markets sector to expand our service offerings and reach new clients.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners, such as legal and accounting advisors, to provide comprehensive support to your clients.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Actively participate in industry networking events, conferences, and forums to stay abreast of market trends and build valuable connections.
- Proactively identify inherent risks within business activities and implement mitigation strategies to ensure sustainable growth.
