Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Surveillance Supervisor to join our team at Great Canadian Entertainment. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our casino surveillance system, ensuring the security and integrity of our assets, staff, and patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze surveillance footage to identify potential security threats
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of surveillance team members
  • Develop and implement security protocols to prevent and respond to security incidents
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Secondary diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a security-related field or gaming industry
  • Strong analytical, observational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Registration as a Category 1 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario
