Job Title: Construction Laborer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Level Contracting Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, including loading and unloading materials, mixing and pouring concrete, and performing routine maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Perform routine maintenance work, including cleaning and piling salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work outdoors, at heights, and in a noisy environment. They will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots and work in a variety of locations, including urban and rural areas.
