Project Manager, Regulatory Certification Programme (Delivery)

Fitch Learning is seeking a Project Manager to support our Regulatory Certification efforts in our Toronto Office.

Fitch Learning provides services to design, develop, and deliver regulatory and professional exams worldwide. As we grow in this space, we're recruiting project managers with experience in regulatory examination provision to lead the implementation of operational and technology solutions for exam delivery.

We'll Count on You To:

  • Develop project scope, specification, and deadlines under guidance from product originators and subject matter experts.
  • Manage day-to-day project operations, driving urgency and change requirements across impacted teams.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, keeping abreast of project progress.
  • Track progress and work to manage risks effectively and promptly.
  • Participate in client governance for project delivery, working with senior client stakeholders to instil confidence in our delivery.
  • Work with relevant teams to develop and own project plans and associated documentation.
  • Source and onboard new resources as needed to deliver project requirements.
  • Be comfortable challenging assumptions and proposing alternate approaches to deliver the best result.
  • Work with technical and client documentation to validate solution deliverables against client requirements.
  • Ensure relevant quality control processes are in place for all deliverables.
  • Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing the budget, and analysing variances.
  • Ensure project documents and controls are complete, current, and appropriately filed or stored.

What You Need to Have:

  • Significant experience in ownership or project management of multi-disciplinary solutions.
  • Client consultancy skills – the ability to work closely with clients to resolve issues and develop innovative solutions.
  • Commercial mindset – the ability to incorporate the commercial impact of decisions and proposed changes into discussions and reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior level executives within client organisations and Fitch Group.
  • An analytical approach backed by attention to detail is key.
  • Strong IT skills including fluency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work both strategically and also hands on when required.
