Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at CareGivers. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, as needed
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to management
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a related field, an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Work Environment:

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, community centers, and other locations. You will be required to travel to clients' homes and may be exposed to physical demands, such as bending, lifting, and standing for long periods.
