About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Biostatistician Consultant to join our Health Economics and Market Access team at Mantu Group SA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality statistical analysis and consulting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead analyst on projects including Indirect Treatment Comparison (ITC), Network Meta-Analysis, and clinical trial data analysis.
  • Interact with clients to understand their needs and identify optimal methodological solutions.
  • Develop and implement statistical models and lead the implementation of corresponding solutions.
  • Lead client meetings and act as a project manager on projects.
  • Represent company expertise in capabilities, presentations, conferences, and external events.
  • Provide management and technical support to team members and coach junior team members on methodological expertise and soft skills.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Statistics or Biostatistics (minimum MS degree or equivalent).
  • 4+ years of relevant working experience in Statistics.
  • Extensive experience in ITC and strong knowledge of statistical methods for clinical trial data analysis and/or NMA.
  • Proficiency in R or SAS programming and excellent oral and written communication skills.
