Executive Chef for Ruby Thai

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Ruby Thai. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role and will be certified in food safety and handling. A strong understanding of Thai cuisine and menu development is essential, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:- Lead the kitchen team to prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Develop and implement new menu items and specials to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and organization, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven track record of menu development and cost control
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Certification in food safety and handling
