- Financial Management: Analyze and understand financial reports to drive business decisions.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, equivalent experience.
- Optician Licensure: Optician licensure or ABO certification.
- Leadership Experience: 3+ years of leadership experience in a retail environment.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to analyze financial reports, and excellent communication skills.
