Product Advisor Opportunity
Downtown AutoGroup is seeking a dedicated Parts Advisor to join our team across our dealerships and at our brand new, state-of-the-art Autoplex facility in Downtown Toronto.

Your Role
As a Parts Advisor, you will advise on parts availability, prices, substitutions, and inventory levels. You will collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure we deliver an exceptional guest experience for every guest, every time.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales or other related customer service role
- Strong knowledge of automotive products and ability to match products with customer needs
- Understand the importance of providing an exceptional customer experience to build lasting relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid Ontario G Driver's License with no demerit points
