Job Overview
C & V Income Tax Services is seeking a detail-oriented Client Coordinator and Quality Control Associate to join our team. This role blends client-facing responsibilities with essential document management tasks.

Salary
$19.60 - $20.80 per hour based on experience and availability, with overtime rate of $29.40 - $31.20/hour.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients and determine their needs
- Triage incoming clients and log them into our Client Tracker software
- Communicate with tax preparers to ensure timely and efficient service
- Transfer files between tax preparers and management
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assemble tax returns
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Roles may be fluid, requiring adaptability and trainability

Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently
- Confidence, compassion, and positive attitude
- Understanding of Canada's privacy laws and strong base knowledge in the Canadian Income Tax Act
- Fluency in English
