Job Overview

Calian is a leading provider of psychological assessment services to public and private sector clients across Canada. We are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Saskatoon, SK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates who have completed written personality assessments, and provide detailed findings in a template.
  • Perform a structured clinical interview as part of a two-part assessment process, which includes formal testing using MMPI-3 and 16PF.
  • Review and interpret the results of testing, and make a determination on whether the candidate meets the requirements of CSC or CBSA.
  • Provide feedback on individual assessment results to candidates, and defend psychological evaluations when required.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience providing assessments for public entities in the last 10 years.
  • Must have completed approximately a minimum of 50 assessments for psychological readiness of candidates in the last 10 years.
  • Ph.D. or Psy.D in Psychology is preferred.
  • Must be fully licensed for autonomous practice as a Psychologist in Saskatchewan.
  • Must be fully fluent in English.
  • Must be able to conduct interviews with candidates in-person in a private office and/or remote.
Additional Considerations
  • Casual contract with a flexible schedule based on client needs and Psychologist availability.
  • Work can be done on weekdays, evenings, and/or weekends.
