Cheryl's Country Kitchen is seeking a skilled Executive Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in menu planning and preparation, as well as leadership skills to manage a kitchen environment.

About the Role

This full-time position involves planning and preparing complete meals or individual dishes and foods for customers. The successful candidate must be able to determine food portion sizes and costs, estimate food requirements, requisition supplies, and maintain a clean kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine food portion sizes and costs
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate an asset
  • Experience: An asset, with 30-40 hours per week
  • Work setting: Willing to relocate
  • Relocation costs covered by employer
