Job Overview:

The Human Resources Administrator will provide vital support to the company, ensuring seamless administration of human resources programs, policies, and procedures. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Human Resources Business Partner to develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals.
2. Provide exceptional support to employees, including new hire orientations, benefits administration, and training coordination.
3. Maintain accurate employee data and files, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
4. Develop and post job postings online, facilitating the recruitment process.
5. Coordinate pre-employment requirements, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
6. Generate offer letters and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
7. Administer company benefits, tracking enrollments and changes.
8. Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits, vacation, training, and other general questions.

Requirements:

1. Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field is required.
2. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources is preferred.
3. Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential.
4. Experience with Taleo and JD-Edwards is considered an asset.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are necessary for success in this role.
