Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate invoicing for goods and services supplied to our customers, as well as providing information about receivables for reporting purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice customers for goods and services provided
- Process payments and reconcile accounts
- Provide information about receivables for reporting purposes
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience within the last 5 years in a computerized accounting environment
- Experience in credit/collections preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Knowledge of General Accounting concepts and account coding
- Typing minimum 50 wpm required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
