About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Clinical Research Associate to join our team. As a CRA, you will be responsible for working on multiple trials within Oncology and providing expert-level support to our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Mentoring junior CRAs and developing their skills through training and coaching.
  • Developing site start-up documents, including SIV agendas, and providing SME support to our clients.
  • Representing LTMs or SMs on SMTs and meetings, and taking over LTM role reports review for sites assigned to other SMs from the same trial.
  • Supporting country budget development and contract negotiation in liaison with CCS colleagues.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in clinical research, preferably with experience in Oncology trials. You should have excellent analytical and risk-based monitoring skills, as well as the ability to operate and use various systems and databases.
