- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of patient records, including maintenance, retrieval, and disposal.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A two-year college diploma in Health Information Management or a related field.
- A minimum of one year of experience in Health Information Management, Admitting, or a related support area.
- Certification from the Canadian College of Health Information Management (CCHIM) or Membership with the Canadian Health Information Management Association (CHIMA).
- Thorough knowledge of legislation governing access and release of patient information, health records administration procedures, and hospital database management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and records management systems.
- Highly professional with outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with statistical aptitude and a high degree of accuracy.
