We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at the Foundation Health Centre, a leading healthcare provider in Fredericton.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to individuals with acute and chronic health conditions. As a specialist in this field, you will utilize evidence-based approaches to assess clients' physical performance, plan and implement outcome-oriented services, and evaluate their effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical performance using evidence-based approaches.
  • Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy plans to achieve optimal health outcomes.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of services and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and demonstrate safe and effective resource utilization.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in inter-agency and multidisciplinary team case management coordination, providing education and counseling to clients and families regarding functional and rehabilitation issues.

Requirements:
  • Baccalaureate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current full registration with the College of Physiotherapists of New Brunswick.
  • Eligibility for membership in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA).

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and be able to work effectively within a collaborative team environment. A strong passion for helping clients achieve their goals is essential, as is a basic understanding of trauma-informed care and clinical standardized tests.
