Job Title: Light Duty Cleaner

JIMS BUILDING MAINTENANCE is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
  • Dust furniture and fixtures
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Clean and disinfect elevators
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings
Work Environment:

As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
