About the Role:

JIMS BUILDING MAINTENANCE is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a clean and tidy appearance
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings to maintain a clean and safe environment

Work Environment:

As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
