Job Title: Construction Helper

Exalted Construction Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team. As a Construction Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Clean and maintain heavy equipment, including cranes and other machinery.
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and other temporary structures.
  • Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Help medical examiners and other personnel as needed.
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction.
  • Participate in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications.
  • Pave and rake asphalt.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings and cleaning up debris.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding role.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work overtime as required.
Work Environment:
  • Outdoors in a construction site environment.
  • Noisy and dusty conditions.
Work Setting:
  • Willing to relocate for work assignments.
  • Relocation costs not covered by employer.
Language:
  • English.
Hours:
  • 35 hours per week.
