Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Crosswood Construction. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, including loading and unloading materials, cleaning and lubricating equipment, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Clean and lubricate cranes and other equipment
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Work Environment

As a Construction Laborer, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to work at heights, in noisy and dusty conditions, and may be exposed to hazardous materials.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
