Job Summary:

TEEMA Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a Primary Care setting. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to adults and children of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive physical examinations and preventive health measures to assess patients' health needs.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' clinical problems and health care needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care to address patients' health concerns.
  • Prescribe medications and other treatments as necessary to promote patients' health and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using EPIC.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in Primary Care.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Primary/Urgent care, family practice, or emergency department setting.
  • Current/recent experience with EPIC.
  • Active BLS certification.
  • Prescribing medicines.
  • Active NP License in Oregon.
