About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Systems Technician to join our team at Mu-Tech. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide assistance with computer-related issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • System Administration: Set up and configure computer equipment, including installation of operating systems and software.
  • Network Support: Provide support for our network infrastructure, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our employees, responding to their technical needs in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Setting: Consulting firm.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
