Clinical Practice and Professional Development Manager

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of professional development and clinical training programming for the Continuing Care branch.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that division staff remain current and fully trained in their respective fields, and will work collaboratively with internal and external partners to drive service delivery excellence in healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of professional development and clinical training programming
- Ensure that division staff remain current and fully trained in their respective fields
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive service delivery excellence in healthcare providers
- Develop and implement project management and quality improvement initiatives
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff to achieve organizational goals
- Current registration with a Registered Nursing regulatory authority and eligibility for registration in Yukon
- Experience supervising and managing personnel, including developing people, leading teams, mentoring, and performance management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and OneDrive
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in project management and quality improvement
- Experience collaborating with internal and external partners, including educational institutions and regulatory bodies
